A company founded on a choice

E-sensIA was born out of a pivotal moment: the moment when you have to choose between carrying on as before… or building something new.

In July 2024, we found ourselves at a turning point: solid skills, proven experience, a professional network… but also a period of transition.

We had two options:

return to a salaried position
or turn this situation into an opportunity

We chose to become entrepreneurs.

A clear complementarity

E-sensIA is based on the coming together of two complementary profiles.

Ludmilla Grzelak

CEO – PhD in AI and embedded systems engineer

Driven from the outset by a desire to create and innovate, Ludmilla saw this project as an opportunity to build something that truly reflects who she is.

In addition to her technical expertise, she drives the company’s growth across all areas: strategy, communications, organisational structure, customer relations and network development.

Olivier Brousse

CTO – PhD in Artificial Intelligence

Olivier has extensive technical expertise gained through more than 12 years’ experience in industry and the rail sector.

Curious and passionate about complex challenges, he has worked on a wide range of topics, which now enables him to design robust, reliable and innovative solutions.

Together, we combine entrepreneurial vision, technical expertise and an understanding of the field.
With nearly 20 years of combined experience in industry and the rail sector, we tackle practical challenges on the ground.

Our mission

To design embedded artificial intelligence solutions that provide practical solutions to the challenges faced in industrial and rail environments.

We develop intelligent systems capable of analysing sensor data in real time, directly in the field, in order to improve the safety, performance and reliability of systems.
